The primary objective was to establish a welcoming ambiance within the restaurant, designed to cater to both the palate of the customers as well as their curiosity about Mixtepec's rich culture. The dining experience transcends the realm of fast food, as customers are inclined to invest time within the restaurant and crave the comfort of a homemade, authentic Oaxacan culinary experience.

The Inspiration
Love, Mamá was inspired by mother's warmth, love, and playfulness. The combination of these three qualities gives her food and her restaurant that extra special taste that only comes from a mother's meal.
